1 Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 4dyes2 ("Platform", "us" or "4dyes2"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the 4dyes2 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register an account at 4dyes2, you must:

• Be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration;
• Be an individual playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person;
• Not be a player who has previously been subject to a restriction or self-exclusion by 4dyes2;
• Ensure that your use of this platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction;
• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during the registration process.

4dyes2 reserves the right at any time to request identity verification documents to confirm a player's eligibility, including a copy of their identity card (MyKad) or passport. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Player Account

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 4dyes2. Registering multiple accounts under one individual is a violation of these terms. If 4dyes2 detects the existence of duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be terminated and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Confidentiality

Players are fully responsible for keeping their account username and password confidential. 4dyes2 will not be liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of login details to a third party. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

3.3 Identity Verification

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure, 4dyes2 reserves the right to request player identity verification before processing withdrawals or whenever deemed necessary. Information collected will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

4dyes2 accepts payments via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), except for cryptocurrency deposits which will be converted at the prevailing rate.

4.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10. The minimum withdrawal for all payment methods is RM50. 4dyes2 does not charge any processing fees on standard transactions; however, payment providers may impose certain charges that are beyond our control.

4.3 Processing Timeframes

Withdrawals will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is approved. This timeframe may vary depending on identity verification requirements or external factors beyond 4dyes2's control. Deposits are typically credited to the player's account more quickly.

4.4 Illicit Funds and Money Laundering

4dyes2 is committed to complying with anti-money laundering laws. Players are prohibited from using this platform for any money laundering or illegal financial activity. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

4dyes2 offers a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal from the bonus portion is permitted.

For example: A deposit of RM100 will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing the total balance to RM220. The wagering requirement that must be met is RM120 × 10 = RM1,200 before the bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal. For a deposit of RM1,800, the maximum bonus of RM1,000 will be awarded, bringing the balance to RM2,800 with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

5.2 VIP Programme and Cashback

Active players are eligible to join the 4dyes2 VIP programme, which consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — from up to 0.2% at Bronze level through to up to 1.2% at Diamond level. Tier progression is based on a player's activity over time.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per player;
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another player;
• 4dyes2 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion with reasonable notice;
• In the event of bonus abuse, 4dyes2 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any related winnings;
• Any specific conditions for a particular promotion will be stated in that promotion's individual terms.

6 Game Rules

All games available at 4dyes2, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and others, are subject to the specific rules of each game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with those rules before playing.

Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error. In the event of a technical disruption during a game, 4dyes2 will use internal records to determine the status of the game in question.

For sports betting, all bets are subject to the 4dyes2 sportsbook rules. Odds displayed are current odds and may change. Bets that have been accepted and confirmed are final even if odds change afterwards.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the 4dyes2 platform and may result in account suspension or termination:

• Using automated software or bots to play or place bets;
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors in the system;
• Fraud, manipulation or collusion between players to cheat the system;
• Money laundering or using the platform for unauthorised financial transactions;
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Any activity that may compromise the integrity or security of the platform.

4dyes2 reserves the right to take legal action against players involved in fraud or illegal activities that cause losses to the platform or other players.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Termination by the Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the 4dyes2 support team via live chat or email. Before closure, all active wagering requirements must have been met and any eligible balance will be returned to the player.

8.2 Termination by 4dyes2

4dyes2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms;
• Suspected or discovered fraudulent or unlawful activity;
• Failure to comply with identity verification requirements;
• At the request of the relevant authorities.

9 Responsible Gambling

Gambling should be treated as entertainment only and not as a source of income or a solution to financial problems. 4dyes2 provides responsible gambling tools including self-exclusion options as well as deposit and betting limits that players can set themselves.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence;

11 Amendments to the Terms

4dyes2 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website, unless stated otherwise.

It is the player's responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of this platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4dyes2 operates under its international licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
